The View
There’s one thing that makes our boy, Koda, very happy. Our waterfront home deck has a bench on the lower level. It provides a full view of the 247 feet of shoreline and the yard. There is nothing going to get by him! On guard!
Summer Fun
There’s a lot to explore on 2.39 acres – with over an acre fenced with cedar rails and page fencing. The fenced area encompasses trees on both sides for shade, a small pond and wide open green space for stretching those legs. The lake is just beyond the fence so Koda is enjoying our shore beyond his confined area. Here’s some exterior shots of the property.
All season retreat
Every season brings new fun. Koda slips out the exterior door of our waterfront property onto the deck, down the steps and into his spring, summer, fall and winter retreat. Loving every minute!
